Many providers only serve certain areas, and prices and promotions can change from one region, city or even street to another. That is especially true for internet, TV and home security. It is why we ask for your postal code, and why the provider confirms availability and the final price before you sign up.

Yes, at any time. Tell the provider directly that you no longer want to be contacted, or write to us at conseils@expertquebec.ca and we will help. Providers may need some time to update their records after you ask.

Not always. A quote is based on the information you give, and the provider may adjust it after checking your address, eligibility or other details. Prices and promotions also change often. Before you sign anything, confirm the monthly price, the price after any promotion ends, the contract length, fees and cancellation terms with the provider.

Contact your provider. Once you sign up, your contract, billing, installation and customer service are handled by the provider you chose, not by Expert Quebec. We are a comparison service and cannot change your plan or your bill. If something on our site looked wrong, please let us know through our contact page.

For a quote request: your name, email, phone number, postal code and province, your quiz answers, the page address, the ad-campaign tags in the link that brought you here and your IP address. For a contact-form message: your name, email, phone number, company and message. For the newsletter: your email and region. Our privacy policy explains each item.

Write to conseils@expertquebec.ca, to the attention of the person responsible for the protection of personal information. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We will delete your information unless the law requires us to keep it, and we will tell you if that is the case. You can also ask to see or correct the information we hold about you the same way.

You can unsubscribe at any time, and it costs nothing. Write to conseils@expertquebec.ca and we will remove you from the list. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not cancel a quote request you already made, which you can manage separately with us or the provider.

On every page, the PostHog analytics tool counts visits and clicks, and records some visits without what you type. On our ad pages, the Google Ads tag measures the quote requests that come from our ads. These tools set their own cookies; PostHog's lasts one year. The site also keeps the campaign tags of your last click on an ad for 90 days (eq_click cookie). Our cookie policy explains how to refuse them.

Our partners pay us, never you. That is how we keep the service free.

No. We do not publish live partner offers and we do not rank deals. When you ask for quotes, one partner provider in the category you chose makes you an offer, and you compare it.

No. Not every provider on the market is a partner, and your quotes come only from partner providers. We encourage you to check more than one source before deciding, especially for bigger commitments like insurance or a long contract.

No. Guide prices are typical ranges for Québec, for information only. They are not offers. Answer the quiz to get real quotes from our partners.
